Orders over £70 are delivered free of charge to all mainland UK addresses.
For orders under £70, delivery is capped at just £3.99, regardless of size or weight.

We can deliver to your home, workplace, or even a neighbour or relative — whatever is most convenient for you.

Most Orders Delivered Direct From the Manufacturer

The majority of our shower doors and trays are delivered directly from the manufacturer.
This allows for:

You will receive full tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Please provide a valid email address and phone number at checkout.
This allows us to:

Keep you informed of your order status

Send tracking details the moment your order is dispatched

Ensure the delivery driver can contact you if they have difficulty locating your address

Once your order leaves the manufacturer or warehouse, you’ll receive full tracking information so you can follow its progress.

All of the companies involved in delivering your order have invested heavily in specialist packaging materials and techniques to ensure your shower doors and trays arrive in perfect condition.
Every item is securely packed to minimise movement and protect the glass during transit.

If you prefer, you can collect your order from our Kent warehouse.
Please contact us before travelling so we can confirm your shower door is ready — we don’t want you to arrive before it’s prepared.

Returns Policy

Shower Trays Purchased in Error

If you have ordered a shower door in error (for example, the wrong size or type), we can arrange a return for you.
Please note:

Return collections are arranged at cost, and charges vary depending on your location and the size/weight of the door

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition

Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued minus the return collection fee

Shower Doors

Due to their size, weight and the fact they are delivered directly from the manufacturer, shower trays cannot be returned if ordered in error.

If your door or tray arrives damaged or incorrect, we will of course replace it immediately.
