Return collections are arranged at cost , and charges vary depending on your location and the size/weight of the door
Items must be unused , in original packaging , and in resaleable condition
Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued minus the return collection fee
Shower Doors Due to their size, weight and the fact they are delivered directly from the manufacturer, shower trays cannot be returned if ordered in error .
If your door or tray arrives damaged or incorrect, we will of course replace it immediately.
