You must inform us of this within 24 hours of delivery. If goods are ordered at the weekend or on a bank holiday, the order on the next working day and delivery dates will vary accordingly. If a delivery would normally fall due over the Christmas shutdown period, the delivery period may be extended to a later date. We endeavour to deliver all goods on time, however delays are possible so please do not book a Trades Person until goods have been safely received complete and in good condition. For bulky orders, please ensure that someone is available to help the driver move the goods from the delivery van to your premises.
